Ingredients

1-3/4 cup Water 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt 1-1/2 cup Short Grain Rice 1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar

Instructions

In a small pot, add water and the salt and then add the rice. Boil for 1 minute and then add a lid to the pot and turn the heat to low. Steam for 15 –17 minutes, until all the liquid has been cooked off. Add rice wine vinegar and fluff with a fork, then put the lid back on the pot for another 3 minutes.
