  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp. birthday cake mix (such as Funfetti)
  • 2 tbsp. rainbow sprinkles
  • whipped cream, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring milk to a boil. Stir in oats and salt, reduce heat to low, and simmer until oats are tender and creamy, 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in birthday cake mix and half the rainbow sprinkles.
  3. Serve in a bowl and top with sprinkles and whipped cream.
