  • 1 ounce Jamaican rum
  • 1 ounce late bottled vintage port
  • 1 ounce Raspberry Cordial
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 3 dashes of The Dead Rabbit Orinoco bitters or Angostura bitters
  • Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the garnish. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
