6 ounces chopped cantaloupe (about 1 cup) 5 ounces spinach (about 3 packed cups) 5 ounces red grapes (about 3/4 cup) 3 ounces celery (2 small stalks)

Instructions

Juice in an electric juicer. Serve immediately for the best quality, or within 24 hours.
