  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Whisk together vinegar, mustard, paprika, garlic, and 3/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper in a bowl, then whisk in oil until emulsified.
