Ingredients

  • 7 saltine crackers
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  • sliced carrots

Instructions

  1. Place crackers, cheese and garlic in a blender or food processor; blend until crumbly. Dip chicken in Italian dressing; roll in cracker mixture. Arrange on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Just before serving add a sliced carrot to the end of the chicken to resemble a fingernail.
