Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen creamed spinach
- 1 (7-oz.) pkg. (3 1/2 cups) uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 (10-oz.) can tomatoes with chiles, undrained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 6 oz. (1 1/2 cups) shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 °F. Prepare spinach and cook macaroni as directed on packages.
- In ungreased 2-quart ovenproof casserole, combine cooked spinach, cooked macaroni, tomatoes with chiles, sour cream and half of the cheese; mix well. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350 °F. for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
