Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tbsp. Taco Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 15-ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 1 15-ounce can black beans, rinsed
  • 1 4.5-ounce can diced green chilis
  • 1 c. shredded Mexican cheese
  • Scallions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until golden and no longer pink, 6 to 8 minutes. Season with taco seasoning and salt stir until combined. Add canned tomatoes, black beans, and green chilis and stir until combined.
  2. Blanket with cheese and let melt, then garnish with scallions and serve.
