- Scallions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until golden and no longer pink, 6 to 8 minutes. Season with taco seasoning and salt stir until combined. Add canned tomatoes, black beans, and green chilis and stir until combined.
- Blanket with cheese and let melt, then garnish with scallions and serve.
