- 1 1/2 cup coarse salt
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup coarse garlic powder
- 3/4 cup dried parsley
- 3/4 cup coarsely ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together the salt, sugar, garlic powder, parsley and black pepper. Store in a glass jar until ready to use. Sprinkle over roasted pork right before serving.
