Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated or frozen biscuits
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 pt. strawberries, sliced into rounds

Instructions

  1. Bake biscuits according to package directions. Let cool slightly, then cut into circles using a 1" biscuit cutter.
  2. Meanwhile, whip cream and sugar until soft peaks form. Transfer cream to a piping bag.
  3. Assemble skewers: Layer a biscuit, whipped cream, and strawberry slice and repeat two times. Serve.
