These are the Valentine's Day breakfast you've been waiting for.
Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated or frozen biscuits
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 pt. strawberries, sliced into rounds
Instructions
- Bake biscuits according to package directions. Let cool slightly, then cut into circles using a 1" biscuit cutter.
- Meanwhile, whip cream and sugar until soft peaks form. Transfer cream to a piping bag.
- Assemble skewers: Layer a biscuit, whipped cream, and strawberry slice and repeat two times. Serve.
