Recipe by Candace Braun Davison Mini peppermint sticks are the easiest to crush up. Just place a handful in a resealable plastic bag and use a meat mallet or can to smash them.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 container frozen whipped topping, like Cool Whip
  • 1/4 c. crushed mini Peppermint sticks
  • 1/3 c. chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese using an electric mixer until it's light and fluffy (a whisk also works too, but it will take a few minutes). Mix in the whipped topping.
  2. Stir in the crushed peppermint sticks, then fold in the chocolate chips.
