Ingredients

  • 5 Morningstar Farms® Veggie Sausage Links
  • 3 c. cooked bow tie pasta or linguine
  • 1 large tomato
  • 3/4 c. frozen peas
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. zucchini sliced into strips
  • 3/4 c. celery sliced diagonally
  • 3/4 c. Carrots sliced diagonally
  • 3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. reduced calorie Italian salad dressing
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • dash of paprika
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Morningstar Farms® Veggie Sausage Links according to package directions. Allow to cool. Dice.
  2. Combine links, vegetables and pasta in large mixing bowl. Add Italian dressing and seasonings. Mix until pasta is well coated. Chill before serving. This recipe has been tested and endorsed by Kellogg and Morningstar Farms®.
