- 3 c. cooked bow tie pasta or linguine
- 1 large tomato
- 3/4 c. frozen peas
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. zucchini sliced into strips
- 3/4 c. celery sliced diagonally
- 3/4 c. Carrots sliced diagonally
- 3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. reduced calorie Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- dash of paprika
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Morningstar Farms® Veggie Sausage Links according to package directions. Allow to cool. Dice.
