Ingredients
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 tomatillos, husks removed and quartered
- 5 serrano chiles, stemmed
- 2 avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1/4 white onion
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place the sparkling water, olive oil, tomatillos, chiles, avocados, garlic, cilantro and onion in a blender and process until smooth. Season the salsa with salt and black pepper.
