Ingredients

1 cup sparkling water 2 tablespoons olive oil 8 tomatillos, husks removed and quartered 5 serrano chiles, stemmed 2 avocados, peeled and pitted 1 clove garlic 1/2 bunch cilantro 1/4 white onion Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Place the sparkling water, olive oil, tomatillos, chiles, avocados, garlic, cilantro and onion in a blender and process until smooth. Season the salsa with salt and black pepper.
