Ingredients

  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 tomatillos, husks removed and quartered
  • 5 serrano chiles, stemmed
  • 2 avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1/4 white onion
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the sparkling water, olive oil, tomatillos, chiles, avocados, garlic, cilantro and onion in a blender and process until smooth. Season the salsa with salt and black pepper.
