Banana oatmeal muffins are a great light breakfast.

Ingredients

1 cup flour 1 1/4 cups oats 3 tsps baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/3 cup oil 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 brown sugar, packed 2 medium eggs 2 medium bananas, mashed

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C). 2. Mix all dry ingredients together. 3. In another bowl add oil, sugars, eggs and mashed banana. Mix well. 4. Combine both mixtures together. Mix well. 5. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake for 20 minutes.
