Ingredients
- 2 large frozen cubed hash browns
- 1 can cream-of-chicken soup
- 1 can cream-of-chicken soup
- 1 can cream-of-mushroom soup
- 1 container sour cream
- 2 c. milk
- 1 bag shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Into a large baking pan, pour hash browns.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cream-of-chicken soup, cream-of-mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, and all but 1/2 cups cheddar cheese until smooth. Pour mixture over has browns and stir together until combined; sprinkle with reserved cheddar.
- Cover baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake 45 minutes. Remove foil; continue to bake 15 minutes more, or until golden and bubbling.
