Ingredients

  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 1 packet instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
  • 1 1/2 c. eggnog
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg, plus more to sprinkle on top
  • Ginger snap cookies, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 1 to 2 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Grab a large mixing bowl and pour in the pudding mix and eggnog. Whisk and set for 5 minutes.
  3. Fold the pudding into the whipped cream mixture, along with the nutmeg. (Chill if desired.)
  4. Sprinkle with more nutmeg before serving.
