- In a stand mixer, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 1 to 2 minutes. Set aside.
- Grab a large mixing bowl and pour in the pudding mix and eggnog. Whisk and set for 5 minutes.
- Fold the pudding into the whipped cream mixture, along with the nutmeg. (Chill if desired.)
- Sprinkle with more nutmeg before serving.
