Ingredients

  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package spice cake mix
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease baking sheets.
  2. Combine cake mix, oats, eggs, and oil in large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until blended. Stir in raisins.
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on baking sheet.
