Ingredients
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cinnamon-apple herbal tea bag
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Bring a small pot of water to a boil. In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer on high, whip cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
- In a heatproof cup, pour 1 cup boiling water over tea bag. Steep for 3 minutes; discard bag.
- In a large measuring cup, mix half-and-half, pumpkin, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Microwave on high until hot, about 2 minutes. Whisk in tea. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream.
