Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 avocado - peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 11 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  • 22 slices thinly sliced ham

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, avocado, and salad dressing mix in a small bowl; stir in onions and bell peppers. Spread 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture over each tortilla; top each tortilla with two slices ham.
  2. Roll tortillas up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. Unwrap and cut into 3/4-inch slices.
