Ingredients

1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup fat free sour cream
2 oz blue cheese
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp onion powder
5 tbsps lowfat mayonnaise

Instructions

1. Blend sour cream, buttermilk, mayonnaise, garlic, and onion powder in blender.

2. Stir in blue cheese crumbles.

3. Let sit for several hours for flavors to blend.
