Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 °.
- Combine dry ingredients. Add milk and peanut butter. Pour into a greased 8x4x3-inch loaf pan. Bake for approximately 50 minutes. Serve with with your favorite jam. Makes 1 loaf.
