Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °.
  2. Combine dry ingredients. Add milk and peanut butter. Pour into a greased 8x4x3-inch loaf pan. Bake for approximately 50 minutes. Serve with with your favorite jam. Makes 1 loaf.
