Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 can Swanson® Natural Goodness® Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • .13 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 12 small New potatoes
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 stalk celery

Instructions

  1. Mix cornstarch and 1/4 cup broth.
  2. Mix remaining broth, thyme, pepper, potatoes, carrots and celery in skillet. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 20 min. or until tender.
  3. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
