Ingredients

Prepared waffle batter Melted butter, for dunking 1/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. ground cinnamon Vanilla ice cream, for serving Hot coffee, for serving

Instructions

Prepare waffle batter and cook in waffle maker. Transfer to a cooling rack while you prepare the sugar dredging station. Add melted butter to shallow bowl, then dunk waffles in the butter until both sides are evenly coated. In a shallow dish, combine sugar and cinnamon. Dunk waffle in cinnamon sugar. Top waffle with ice cream scoops, then pour hot coffee over the ice cream. Serve immediately.
