Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pour sweetened condensed milk and hot chocolate mix into a large bowl, stirring to combine. Add chocolate chips, then microwave in 1-minute intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.

  2. Pour mixture into an aluminum foil-lined 8 ”x 8 ” baking dish (the foil will make it easier to pull out later). Top with marshmallow bits.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set. Cut into 1 ” bars and serve.

Why this Hot Chocolate Fudge works for PCOS

Desserts on a PCOS plan are not banned, but timing and pairing matter. Eating sweet foods immediately after a balanced meal (rather than on an empty stomach) blunts the blood sugar response, since protein and fat slow gastric emptying. This Hot Chocolate Fudge works best as an occasional post-dinner option rather than a standalone snack.
