Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
- 5 ounces strong hot coffee
- 1 tablespoon whipped cream
Instructions
- Rinse a wineglass with very hot water. Put the sugar, whiskey and coffee in it. Top with whipped cream or if preferred, float a tablespoon of unwhipped heavy cream on top.
