  • 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 8 c. small cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 c. water

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix dressing and curry powder until blended. Add to cauliflower in large bowl; toss to evenly coat.
  3. Pour water into 13- by 9-inch baking dish. Add the cauliflower.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender and golden brown. Sprinkle with chives.
