Ingredients

1 lemon 1 tsp garlic, crushed 1 cup bulgur wheat

Instructions

1. Cook bulgur wheat as per packet instructions. 2. Once cooked add zest of lemon and juice of the lemon. 3. Crush some garlic and add some herbs (to taste, such as lemony mint, thyme or parsley). 4. Mix all ingredients together. 5. Serve and enjoy!
