Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro, stems cut off and leaves chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 4 Avocados from Mexico, cubed

Instructions

  1. Mix diced onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice and garlic. Add tomatoes and mix. Gently fold in avocados. Serve with fresh veggies or tortilla chips.
