Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Focaccia
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. These can be made a day ahead. To reheat them, wrap in foil and place in a 350 °F oven for 5 to 10 minutes until warm.
  2. Heat oven to 400 °F. You'll need a baking sheet lined with nonstick foil.
  3. Cut focaccia in half lengthwise with a long serrated knife. Cut each half into 1-in.-wide strips. Place on baking sheet; coat with cooking spray.
  4. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, turning once, until lightly toasted. Remove from oven. Push sticks together (it's easier to sprinkle them this way); sprinkle with cheese.
