Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, divided, plus 2 tablespoons for steak and more for greasing pan
- 1 (3 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup for crust, 3/4 cup for filling
- 1 1/2 cups half and half, or cream
- 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (13.25 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, and coarsely diced
- garlic powder
- buttered bread crumbs, for topping
- 6 sprigs fresh parsley, for garnish
- 3 lbs beef tenderloin, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups green onions, sliced
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
