  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, and coarsely diced

  • 6 sprigs fresh parsley, for garnish
  • 3 lbs beef tenderloin, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream
