  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 large nectarines
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Toss cubed chicken thighs, olive oil, and soy sauce; thread on soaked wooden skewers, alternating with cubed nectarines and green onions, and grill on medium-high, basting with cider vinegar, 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees F), turning over once.
