Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Paula Deen's Seasoned Salt
- 1 cup crushed buttery crackers
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated, divided
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped, plus more for garnish
- 1 teaspoon Paula Deen's House Seasoning
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 slices white bread
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 bunch fresh parsley, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °. Mix all ingredients except bread slices. soup and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese. Shape into loaf. Place loaf on 1 1/2 quart loaf pan lined with white bread slices. Bake loaf for 45 minutes. The bread absorbs the grease and should be discarded after loaf is removed from oven.
