Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken wings
1 1/4 Quart of coconut milk
6 limes
3 Thai Chilies
1 Tablespoon fish sauce
crushed peanuts
peanut sauce
Directions:
1. soak seasoned wings in 1 1/4 qt of coconut milk for 4 hours
2. grill wings on bbq or bake on parchment-lined baking sheet and roast in 400 degree F oven for 45 minutes.
3. in bowl, mix juice of 6 limes, 3 diced thai chiles and 1 tbsp fish sauce.
4. toss wings in mixture
5. sprinkled finely chopped peanuts on top. Serve with Peanut sauce for dipping.
