350g Katsuo Fillet - sashimi-grade bonito with skin (12¼ oz)
150g New Onion (5¼ oz)
30g Spring Onion Leaves, Chopped (1 oz)
1 tsp Ginger Root, Grated
3~5 Shiso Leaves
2 cloves of Garlic
- Sauce -
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1½ tbsp Vinegar
1½ tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Dashi Stock
(1 tbsp water a pinch of dashi stock powder)
1 tsp Ginger Root, Grated
