- Kuromitsu Syrup -
50g Kurozato or substitute: muscovado or unrefined brown sugar (1.8 oz)
50g Chuzarato or substitute: regular refined sugar (1.8 oz)
50ml Water (1.7 fl oz)
* You can also use maple syrup or packaged kuromitsu instead.
