125g Butter (melted)
500g Philadelphia-style Cream Cheese (at room temperature)
3/4 Cup of Caster Sugar (Super Fine White Sugar)
3/4 Cup of Sour Cream
3 Eggs
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon of Finely Grated Lemon Zest / Rind
Strawberries or other fruit (to decorate)
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: About 1 hour cooling time chilling time
SERVES 8 - 10
