Blueberry Cheesecake is a delicious baked dessert that is very easy to prepare, but very impressive. A cookie crumb base is topped with a rich mixture of cream cheese, lemon, cream and eggs. Blueberries are swirled through and the cheesecake is baked until just firm. Chilled then topped with more blueberries, this gorgeous dessert is perfect for parties - give it a go!
