Refried beans is a dish of cooked and mashed beans and is a traditional staple of Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine, although each cuisine has a different approach when making the dish. Refried beans are also popular in many other Latin countries.

Ingredients:
Pinto beans 1 cup
Rajma 1 cup
Bay leaf 2 n
Butter 2 tb
Garlic chopped 1 ts
Onion chopped 2 n
Green chilly 3 n
Chilly powder 2 ts
Cumin powder 1 ts
Cilantro chopped 1 b
Grated cheese 1 tb
Directions:
Take pinto beans, and Indian rajma, in this add bay leafs soaked over night, and cook it,
Heat butter in a pan add chopped garlic, onion, once this onion, and garlic sauté, add green chilly, chilly powder, cumin powder, and add mashed beans, and rajma, add some water mix it well and add chopped cilantro and grated cheese, mix it, switch off the flame.
