Spicy crumb fried beans is a brilliant way of making spicy battered coated fried beans in an airfryer that gives you a crispy snack to eat. The fresh tender beans coated with spicy flour, egg and bread crumb coating and then air fried to perfection. This snack goes very well with any choice of sauce you wish to eat with. You could also use a variety of veggies like eggplants, okra, pickled cucumbers to prepare this same type of dish.

Ingredients:
Beans 250 Grams
Flour (for crumbing) 1/2 Cup
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoons
Chilli pwd 2 Teaspoons
Salt To tste
Egg 2 Numbers
Bread (crumbs for crumbing) 1/2 Cup
Directions:
1.Preheat the air fryer at 180 degree C for 3 minutes.
2.In a bowl, add flour, garam masala, chilli powder, salt and mix well.
3.Beat eggs and keep aside and in another plate keep the bread crumbs.
4.Take tender beans, first coat them with flour and then dip in egg mixture for 2 times and then in the bread crumbs. Repeat with all the remaining beans.
5.Put them in the air fryer and cook at 180 degree C for 4 minutes.
6.Open the air fryer, coat the beans with little oil and again fry for 3 minutes.
