Ingredients
Oats 1 Cup
Sooji 1 Cup
Buttermilk 1 Cup
Salt 1 0
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons
Ginger(chopped) 1/2 Teaspoons
Carrot(grated) 1 Cup
Beans 1 Cup
Green chillies 2 Numbers
Onion 1 Cup
Oil 2 Teaspoons
DIRECTIONS:
1. Take oats and make it into fine powder in a blender.
2. Take this oats powder and sooji in a bowl then add buttermilk, water, salt, cumin seeds, ginger and mix it like a dosa batter.
3. Put this batter on hot tawa and add carrot, beans, green chillies, onions as topping and add little oil on it.
4. Cover it with a lid and let it cook on slow flame for 2 minutes.
5. Now transfer this in a plate and serve hot with tomato chutney..
