Paneer Pepper Butter Masala is a popular north Indian dish -- Paneer added to a spicy, colourful and flavourful pepper spiced makhani gravy. http://www.vahrehvah.com/paneer-pepper-butter-masala Ingredients: Oil 1 tb Onion (medium size) 1 n Ginger garlic 1 ts Red chilly 2 n Red Bell pepper 1 n Tomatoes 3 n Butter 1 tb Curry powder 1 ts Paneer 250 g Cream 2 tb Kasoori methi ½ ts Directions: Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, chopped ginger & garlic, red chilly, add red bell pepper, tomatoes, kasoori methi, salt, put the lid on and cook this in a slow flame till tomatoes and bell peppers are tender, let it cool down put this into a blender make a paste.
