Ingredients:
Butter 100 g
Sugar powder 100 g
Eggs 3 n
All purpose flour 100 g
Baking powder pinch
Salt pinch
Carrot 55 g
Vanilla essence ½ ts
Directions:
Take a bowl add butter, powder sugar, cream it, add eggs (beat the eggs and add little by little) mix it well, take another bowl, add all purpose flour, salt, baking powder, carrot, vanilla essence, mix it well this one add to the butter mixture and mix it well and pour the mixture into the muffin modules and bake them at 180 c for 20 to 30 minutes.
