If you love Parmesan raise your hand and then go make these amazingly simple, totally addictive two-ingredient chips.
Ingredients
- 2 lb. zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
- Coarse salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Arrange zucchini slices on baking sheets and top each with a generous amount of Parmesan. Season with salt.
- Bake until deeply golden and crisp, about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve hot.
