Instructions

  1. In a medium pot, bring hot dogs, beer, onions, and jalapeños (if using) to a simmer. Let simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes.

  2. Add sauerkraut and cover. Cook another 2 to 3 minutes. Mix in mustard just prior to removing from heat.
