Ingredients

1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives 2 tablespoons 1-percent milk 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise dressing 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Instructions

In a small bowl, with a wire whisk or fork, mix the yogurt, chives, milk, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper until well blended (or combine the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake to blend). If not using right away, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Calories per 2 tablespoon serving: 21
