Ingredients

  • 4 cubes watermelon
  • 1 slice jalapeno, seeded
  • Splash simple syrup
  • Ice, for chilling
  • 2 ounces orange vodka, such as Kettle One
  • Splash cranberry juice
  • Splash lime juice
  • Lime wedge, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine 3 pieces of the watermelon, the jalapeno and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker and muddle together. Fill with ice, and then add the orange vodka, cranberry juice and lime juice. Shake and strain into a glass. Garnish with the remaining watermelon cube and the lime wedge.
