Ingredients

  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1/4 c. Dutch process cocoa
  • 1/3 c. confectioners' sugar
  • 4 c. hot brewed coffee
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 4 oz. Irish whiskey

Instructions

  1. With an electric mixer, whip cream with cocoa and confectioners' sugar until just stiff. Fill a mug with 1 cup coffee. Add 1 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 ounce whiskey. Stir until sugar dissolves. Top with a dollop of whipped cream. Repeat with 3 more mugs. Dust with cocoa before serving.
