  • 2 1/2 lb. chicken wings

Instructions

  1. Pierce split chicken wings all over with tip of knife; pat dry.
  2. Place on wire rack fitted into large foil-lined jelly-roll pan. Sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon salt.
  3. Bake in preheated 425 degrees F oven 35 minutes or until cooked through (165 degrees F), turning over once.
  4. Broil 7 minutes on high, turning once. Toss with your favorite sauce; makes about 25 wings.
