Ingredients

  • 3 c. cherries
  • 1 large green apple
  • 1 lime
  • 1 c. whiskey
  • 1/2 c. sweet and sour mix (recipe follows)

Instructions

  1. Pit cherries and peel away apple and lime skin; cut fruit into quarters. Blend all ingredients. Pour mixture into popsicle forms and freeze for 2 hours. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
  2. To make the Sweet and Sour Mix: Heat sugar and water in a saucepan until sugar dissolves. Add lemon juice and stir. Cool before using.
