Smoky and smooth, this cream-cheese dip goes together fast with jarred red bell peppers and just a few seasonings.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped roasted red bell peppers (from a jar)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 fresh cilantro sprigs
  • Assorted crackers

Instructions

  1. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except cilantro sprigs and crackers. Spoon into serving bowl. Garnish with cilantro sprigs.
  2. Serve immediately with crackers, or cover and refrigerate until serving time. If refrigerated, let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
